Setting up a new tenant is one thing. Moving an existing environment, connecting complex systems, and making everything work together — that's where I spend most of my time.
Solution Migration
Moving from one platform to another while minimizing disruption and protecting data. I've led migrations from legacy on-prem systems into Microsoft 365, hybrid Exchange transitions, and cross-tenant moves. I plan carefully, test thoroughly, and execute with a rollback plan.
Complex Solution Integration
When your email security, identity provider, collaboration tools, and cloud services need to talk to each other — I design the connections. FortiMail + M365, Entra ID + third-party SSO, hybrid identity sync, mail flow across domains. I've led integration projects across regulated environments where a broken connection means real business impact.

I've managed escalations, run technical bridge calls, and worked directly with Microsoft engineering teams. I'm Mehedi Hasan — a Microsoft solutions engineer who's spent the last decade building and running infrastructure for organizations that can't afford downtime.
I've led Microsoft 365 and identity platforms supporting over a thousand users across multiple offices in regulated environments. I've designed mail flow architectures, implemented enterprise-grade security controls, and built PowerShell automation that eliminated hundreds of hours of manual work.
Now I work directly with startups and growing companies that need that same level of rigor — but don't have a full-time infrastructure team. I come in, assess what you have (or help you start from scratch), and build an environment that's secure, automated, and ready to scale.
